Okay hold up, before you start shooting hate bullets at me let me explain... You see religion is a phenomenon which unfortunately is the reason the world has gone mad... practically mad. I mean take a look around you… Everyday some idiot blows himself up in the name of religion, another one solicits money from you and says you’ll be rich if you give him money, another fool says you’ll have enlightenment if you sacrifice your life in a nut house and mediate. .. Geez, give me a break!
Everybody claims their religion will get you a fast ticket to heaven and they’ve all made up ridiculous lists of things you should do in order to secure yourself a seat at the pearly white gates. Seriously who the hell told you that you have to come up with a set of rules about how I should live my life? Boohoo!
Let me break it down to you why I hate religion and why I would like nothing more than waking up in the morning and discovering the word religion has been wiped off the dictionary and that it doesn’t exist anymore:-
7. RELIGION CAUSES CONFUSION – yep it sure does. One religion is telling you that if you blow yourself up, you’ll have 72 virgins all to yourself in heaven and the big guy upstairs will shower you with bravery awards, another is saying if you kneel down to some statue and do the three sign salute and confess your sins in a cubicle you’ll have fist class tickets to everlasting life, another says all the other religions are crap and all you do is talk to yourself and pretend there’s something or someone listening to you and you’re as good as safe…. Huh? What do I do then? Where do I go…. Get the picture?
6. RELIGION IS A SOURCE OF BONDAGE – it’s is nothing more like a miserable trap and when you get sucked into it, your life sucks and you don’t even realize your life sucks and all you ever do is try and not do something wrong. I mean it’s always “don’t do this, don’t do that, don’t drink, don’t smoke, don’t have sex, don’t swear, don’t don’t don’t don’t!! Where’s the do?
5. INSTIGATES HATRED – seriously people who are sucked into religion hate each other! I mean you can’t date or marry someone because they have a different religion than yours, you can’t get this job because you wearing crap that’s not in your employer’s religion, you can’t say anything bad about another’s religion otherwise you’ll start arguing and eventually kill each other, you can’t live here because you have a different religion to the neighborhood…. Aaaarrrgg!
4. RELIGION IS THE REASON FOR WAR! Dam straight it is… I mean what’s the point of burning down a whole village just because they have a different religion to you? Why kidnap and kill someone who’s trying to popularize their religion? Every religion wants to be supreme and so they kill steal and destroy lives so that their religion stands! For goodness sake!
3. WASTE OF TIME - let me put in plain English…. FUCKING FUCKING WASTE OF TIME! I mean why would I want to spend one day of the week in a nut house with a bunch of hypocrites who are pretending to be holy saints and listen to some idiot who goes on and on about how evil I am and how I should live my life or why would I want to dress up like a caged up animal and put my face on the ground and continuously talk rubbish to the floor instead of enjoying a nice cold beer eating a pizza and sitting on the telly watching who wants to be a millionaire?
2. GOD HATES RELIGION – Yes that’s right… the owner of the entire universe actually hates religion and wonders WTF?? Seriously God or Allah, or Buddha or Yakama or whatever the hell you call him hates religion as he knows that it only divides people and causes all sorts of misery. I mean he was clever enough to just create us and give us this beautiful planet to inhabit but nooo we go mess it up by inventing religion…
And finally… the number one reason I hate religion (drum roll…..)
IT’S BORING!!! BOOORIING! Seriously I got better things to do in my life than listen to countless idiots go on and on about how life should be lived. Worse off each religion have these boring long ceremonies when they have events and they want everybody to stop what they are doing and concentrate on them… BULLCRAP!
For the record I’m not a mentally challenged or a lunatic. I’m a normal living breathing human being who has decided that enough is enough. I don’t give a dam whether you agree with me or not but something has to be done to wipe out this infectious plague that’s ruining our planet!
